Comments: Went out way too fast for me, slwed down too much in the middle and probably did what I could for the last mile. Dry heaving at the end of the race. Good times... What would you do differently?: Um ,find a way to NOT want to throw up? Take it at my own pace at the beginning so I have something left at the end. Usually, this is not my problem! Also, my bike ride the day before was probably not the best idea in the world. I woke up sore... Post race
Warm down: Heaved behind a tree... had some food with the family! What limited your ability to perform faster: Starting with soreness from the ride the day before, dehydration, wanting to throw up... Last updated: 2009-04-08 12:00 AM
