I'm in and so is my husband's cousin.  Possibly my 16 year old daughter, but she hasn't registered yet.  Very exciting to have a good mid-summer sprint in the area!

Has anyone done any of the Clinics they are providing? I did the Bike one last night and had a great time! Next Tuesday will be a swim clinic at Burlingame state park. I plan on going.

The race is looking for volunteers. From Kathy Robbins email:

"Athletes - "The Crabman" is less than a week away and we are ready for you. However, as you know, volunteers are the backbone of any great triathlon and we need your help. If you have family and friends that are planning on being spectators, please ask them if they will consider volunteering. They can cheer for you out on the bike and run course but more importantly help to keep you and the other athletes safe and on course!"
