Comments: No problem staying cool.... Frickin wind and rain.... Some pretty major puddles to go thru (sure adds alot of weight), and there a few times that the water was flowing across the road. What would you do differently?: Go faster!  Post race
Warm down: Crossed the finish line, and walked for a bet, stretched some, and walked more. Walked up some of the steps, ate an orange, almost got in a scuffle with one of the old coot bouncers (he got all up in my face because I was walking back out onto the field with a banana). Wanted to smack the crap out of him, but just tossed the banana in the garbage and walked away... idjit... What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training, stupid knee, stupid cold, and stupid rain. Last updated: 2008-11-16 12:00 AM

Stayed at Suz's last night, slept ok, a little achy this morning. Ate a banana, small bowl of cereal, and a powerbar.
I don't think it was even POSSIBLE to warm up.... bleeding cold and rain.... Suz and I did some stretching at the Kohl Center, then walked up to the Capital building. Frickin cold! Stupid wind......
