KM pace per Garmin - 4:56, 4:48; 4:57, 4:41, 4:56, 4:42, 5:10, 4:55, 5:02, 5:09. Total - 49:16.

Warm down:

Walked 3k to Marche @ BCE place. Had rosti and omelette and freshly squeezed OJ and cappuccino.

Event comments:

A record 12,000 runners toed the start line and took over Canada's most famous Yonge street in the 12th Sporting Life 10K, easily Canada's Fastest 10K.

Well, not an official PB, even though Garmin's time was significantly different, but 10th percentile in my AG is quite respectable. One day, I hope to run 10K in a time less than my age.

Congrats. I have the same goal..to run my age in a 10. A bit more work to do. Cheers, and good luck the rest of the season.
