This was a pretty rough swim. The wind plus being right next to the Marina made for some pretty serious waves. There were a couple of time where I felt like I was in the ocean and the waves completely engulfed my arms. Did swallow some water but nothing serious. The last half went smoother than the first as far as mind set.

I want to continue to do this series to see what improvements I can make. I can't think of anything major other than getting my head straight and thinking more positively. The first 300m I was like "What am I doing and almost went into survival mode" Settling down early and enjoy the swim

An added surprise at the end. origionally we were going to exit the water where we entered it. Yeah that got changed to about a 300-400 swim down the shore only to have to scale some rocks to get out. I almost fell back twice.
