Pre-race routine:

Spent the weekend at Eugene and looked around the Expo a lot. Sat night we went to the pasta feed and did some carb loading. Sunday morning we got up early and got ready, then precede to be rather late getting there. I was delivering two other's packets and had no time to warm up or stretch or anything.

Course:	Fairly flat, fairly easy course. Some people were complaining about the "hills" but as far as I'm concerned, it was a flat course.
