1st picture is the 1st time down "Derek's Drop". Many a grown man dismounted for this. It's scarier IRL. You can probably see the fear in my eyes. The 2nd picture is delirium getting through the run course of Xterra Guam. That bamboo I was clearing looked way higher after knocking my head on a low branch, hence the Olympic style hurdling.

Final uphill sprint to the finish line of a 36 mile road race. I edged the guy to my right by half a wheel at the line.

This is about 9 miles in at the Rock N Roll Marathon in New Orleans.
