Comments: I ran pretty hard. I showed up to the race with low training and a recent jump in my training, so I was kind of tired. I really think I am faster than this but would need to prepare better and maybe take on a course without hills. Post race
Warm down: Ran 15 minutes. First time I ran after a race. Those 15 minutes felt like another workout. What limited your ability to perform faster: Hydration. No tapering. Event comments: UltraFit did a really nice job on this one. Nothing off at all. Last updated: 2009-02-17 12:00 AM
