Subject: RE: 2D/3D Bike fit vs traditional fit How much is the difference? I've had 4 bike fits last two by same guy about 3-4 years apart. Last one was retuel which is 3 d method. It was pretty cool to see me pedaling like a stick person on the computer. He set me up both right and left side and found some slight differences in my leg length and it effected my foot position at the bottom of my pedal stroke which fixing helped. Doing a regular fit didn't pick it up. Was it worth it? Hard to answer but I knew I was getting a new bike, my cyclocross/winter bike, and he credits the bike fit to new bike purchase so it didn't end up costing me anything really. |
