Swam the course the weekend before and it helped alot. Not much fighting in the water. Ran into one guy from two waves before me doing backstroke.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing...swim was the best part of the race

Long time on this...getting signlet on was hard since I forgot to unzip and felt somewhat out of it.

Comments:

Felt good. Saw three wrecks. Lost water bottle. Need to get more miles in on the bike. Right calf was starting to cramp. GU shot burned my throat for some reason.

Ride more and faster

Comments:

Big disappointment. Thought this would be my best leg. Legs were gone off the bike and didn't show back up until mile 2. Stomach was off. Ended with a good sprint, but the one guy ahead of me I was trying to pass sped up when I got close to him and he beat me.
What would you do differently?:

More bricks
Post race
Warm down:

Water

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of bike and bricks

Event comments:

Great race. Look forward to next year.
