A little late but:

- I rode 200 miles over the weekend and I loved it all; even the pain of hard/long climbing
- I also drank beer like MoFo all weekend so that made the riding a bit more challenging
- I did Salsa dancing intervals @ race pace on Saturday night after too much drinking.
- Because of the above I had to cut my 10 mile run in half yesterday: the hangover was bad!

It was a very fun weekend...
