Easy 10 minute run. Unfortunately I made the decision to bike long earlier today.

Comments:

Went out a bit slow as I got stuck behind a few people. Then I hit it hard at a 5:11 pace, oops... shame on me, I can't hold that pace for any length of time.

End of the run went up a small hill.

What would you do differently?:

Don't jump the gun when I get my first break from the crowd.

Biking before the run was a bad idea.
