Pre-race routine:

got up, ate oatmeal and drank some coffee

Event warmup:

none- rushed to bag dropoff and spent 25 mins in the potty line. Made it out with 2 mins. to spare!!

Comments:

Besides the wind and the cold, I kicked butt on this course! I PR'd by 8 mins. I really can't complain about that!

Overall, great day! We were too cold to enjoy the post race stuff, oh well..

Average HR: 153, Max: 174 Spent 1:13 in zone 3 (exactly what I wanted) and 38 minutes in zone 4 (last 4 miles, exactly the way I trained for it to happen).
Course:	The course was reversed this year. I liked it a lot better (either that, or I was better-trained for the hills!)
