Swim
Comments: Felt better then I thought it would. Drank alot of water, but other than that pretty good. What would you do differently?: Not a whole lot. Maybe practiced my swim more during training Transition 1

Comments: Hillier then I expected, but I think I did well all things considered. Probably should have trained harder on hills during training What would you do differently?: Trained more hills during training Transition 2

Comments: I trained hard for running hills, but wish I trained more bricks. Legs felt a bit like rubber for the first mile or so. Other then that, fine What would you do differently?: Should have trained more bricks Post race

Woke up at 5. Packed up remaining gear and had Slim Fast with banana.
Moderate stretching. Got gear all unpacked and ready in transition area
