The first time I did this test the police didn't appreciate it too much.  Please be sure to put your clothes back on while you're biking/running. Surprised

Dude, you blew yourself out on the TT.   And then you tried to run fast on the first hot day of the year.

All you should have be trying to do is a nice easy run, if any at all.

I tend not to train on the day of ANY race, regardless of length.  Add heat, and that's just asking for trouble.

Last year, I almost passed out at work after a sprint tri that I raced at about 80% effort.  Just a little dehydration/heat exhaustion will make you feel like crappola.
