Subject: Visiting Hendersonville

I am visiting my parents next week who live in Hendersonville. Can anybody recommend someplace to run (trails, track, route)? I am good for anything from 6 to 12 miles. I would prefer to run outdoors (i.e., not on treadmill). Thanks

I believe DuPont Forest is up that way.  Very nice trails if I recall correctly.
