Swim
  • 14m 28s
  • 805 meters
  • 01m 48s / 100 meters
Comments:

The swim was good. The wave consisted of M30-39 and the elites so it was a battle ground out there. Considering the swim was short I was happy with my time
Transition 1
  • 01m 3s
Comments:

Shoes flipped around a bit coming to mount line but all in all it was a good T1 fastest time in age group was 51 secs.
Bike
  • 36m
  • 15 miles
  • 25.00 mile/hr
Comments:

CRUSHED IT! what more can I say about the bike. Felt good and fast gave up ZERO positions and passed a whole bunch.
Transition 2
  • 00m 59s
Comments:

Had a little problem getting the new Zoots on but still had a good T2 time
AG fastest was :42 secs
Run
  • 25m 29s
  • 3.1 miles
  • 08m 13s  min/mile
Comments:

Run started off slow as the HIM i did 3 weeks ago was still in my head. I blew up at 4 miles in the HIM and did not want that to happen today. Ran 8:45 to start then at the turn picked up the pace as I had a lot left in the tank. Finished running sub 7 pace..
What would you do differently?:

Start out running sub *'s and then negative split.

Great race, WOW on the bike, very impressive!  I you were one of the guys that flew by me on the bike.  The swim was definitely a battle ground.  This was the first time I was doing battle with people as I was getting out of the water.
