Swim
Comments: Still just feel like I'm going to drown in the second half of the swim. Just don't feel like I have the stamina to go long. What would you do differently?: Slow to a more comfortable pace to try to feel like the whole swim was easier. Transition 1
Comments: Slow transition time with trying to put socks on for the bike shoes and the running shoes later. What would you do differently?: Get them on quicker or forget about them all together. Bike
Comments: Bike felt good. Some rolling hills. Wind wasn't bad. A good but challenging course overall What would you do differently?: Possibly take the Tri bike. Transition 2
Comments: Felt like a pretty good transition. What would you do differently?: Practice jumping off the bike. I had to stop and get off which cost me a few seconds Run
Comments: Good run. Felt good throughout. What would you do differently?: Drink at the aid station. Post race
Warm down: Walked over to the others from Owensboro. Stood around cheering others in. What limited your ability to perform faster: Swim slowed me a great deal coming out of the water and in transition.
