Still just feel like I'm going to drown in the second half of the swim. Just don't feel like I have the stamina to go long.
What would you do differently?:

Slow to a more comfortable pace to try to feel like the whole swim was easier.

Get them on quicker or forget about them all together.

Practice jumping off the bike. I had to stop and get off which cost me a few seconds

Warm down:

Walked over to the others from Owensboro. Stood around cheering others in.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Swim slowed me a great deal coming out of the water and in transition. It's all about improving my swim
