Subject: Triggerpoint thread
As a spin off my other thread, I had a few questions specifically about TriggerPoint stuff:

1) How much time do you have to put in to see a benefit?
2) Do you have to do a "well-rounded" set of exercises or can you just work on areas that are a problem. In other words, if my hip bother me do I have to do surrounding muscles or can I just focus on the hips
3) Is the TP harder that the hardest foam roller?

Fred, do you see Triggerpoint at something to do:

1) when you have an injury that you would like to heal
2) to prevent injury (ie no problems right now)?

i am all about being proactive and trying to limit my injuries. . i use a foam roller right now. . but i am still 'young' and my muscles should be somewhat flexible?
