As a spin off my other thread, I had a few questions specifically about TriggerPoint stuff:
1) How much time do you have to put in to see a benefit? 2) Do you have to do a "well-rounded" set of exercises or can you just work on areas that are a problem. In other words, if my hip bother me do I have to do surrounding muscles or can I just focus on the hips 3) Is the TP harder that the hardest foam roller?
1) when you have an injury that you would like to heal 2) to prevent injury (ie no problems right now)?
i am all about being proactive and trying to limit my injuries. . i use a foam roller right now. . but i am still 'young' and my muscles should be somewhat flexible?
