I mostly ride by myself, or with my husband (who is a much better cyclist than me, which is great training!)  There's a small group of mostly beginner triathletes that meets up for a ride every Sunday morning though, so I go on that group ride every week.

I ride by myself 99.9% of the time.  The group rides never seem to fit with my schedule and I end up getting dropped anyway.

I disagree with the statement that tri bikes are not good for group riding.  They are perfectly safe and acceptable as long as you do not go aero while anywhere inside or closely behind the group.  The only places you should EVER be aero is if you are pulling off the front or if you've gotten so badly dropped that you are WAY behind and trying to catch up.

I ride solo.

Trying to hook up with some local group rides, but I had scheduling issues that may be resolved.
I will look into it after my race this weekend.

I am not changing anything the last week before a race.

I can't be the ONLY person who rides in a group MOST of the time!!

I ride in a group (10-15) bikes in the Peleton on a regular basis.  Lots of drafting, lots of attacks, KOH points awarded, sprints, and some rest time with chit-chat.  There is NO WAY that I can simulate that kind of workout on my own.  The group that I ride with is by far the greatest asset I have to my bike training.  I am shocked that more people don't take advantage of this kind of group in there area?

I also ride with 1 or 2 friends on infrequent rides and by myself infrequently also.

I recently switched to a TT bike and was concerned about riding in the group that I ride with due to what I had read about it.  I am no longer concerned,  they have accepted my change happily, and I feel very comfortable in the group (I do spend a good percentage of my time on the horns, but I also get plenty of time in aero) setting on my bike.

Not sure I fit into the categories listed in the poll but 90-95% I ride alone. I like both riding in a group and riding alone. Riding in a group can definitely push you but riding alone lets you work on your own pacing plus I rarely get time in aero when I ride in a group since they are all roadies.

I wouldn't mind riding with others but I can't make the local bike club rides & it is really tough to work out a schedule with another triathlete to go for a ride.

all of the above. All offer great trainig advantages:

1. A good training partner can help you push each other harder and actually get you to do your training on those days you are feeling lazy
2. A good training group teaches you handling skills and it can be a great work to work on specific things
3. training alone is the ultimate specific  race day preparation.

In past years I've done most of my training alone; this year I am riding more with faster friends and it is making a significant difference in my training and motivation.
