Pre-race routine:

Got up at 4:15, didn't leave until 4:45 got there in 45 mins may want to get up at 4:10 next time and rush a little more to get out. Have to get shuttled to the start and better to be on an early shuttle.

Walked around stretched a bit chatted...

Comments:

I think I could start out a little slower, I was trying to maintain a 9:20 pace from the begginning and that may have made me a bit tired at the finish. Really had to use all I had to finish at the same time as last year. I did beat my time by 1 minute 30 secs, and gave it my all!

What would you do differently?:

Start out at bit slower.

Course:	first 4 miles were pretty flat, then three hills each progressively getting longer and steeper, then downhill at WaiKoko's around beautiful Hanalei bay to finish at black pot next to Hanalei Pier.
