Comments: Felt like crap. Only been running once a week due to shins and nerve issues. Stomach felt sour. What would you do differently?: Not eat cereal with milk before hand. Post race
Warm down: Drank a beer....it's the Harpoon 5 miler. What else do you do!? What limited your ability to perform faster: People...lots of people!!! Event comments: Definitely re-evaluate pre-race food ideas. This was slower than any training run I have done. Yeah...it was 5.3 miles, which is longer than my standard runs, but I felt pretty much like crap. Did I mention that the 5 miler is actually 5.3 miles? Didn't expect that one!
