For example, I typically would average around 191 with a peak at or above 200 in a 5k. That is crazy high to even try to estimate an LT value. If you really wanted to get a closer approximation then you could potentially use a 10k (even then it will be a little high of an approximation ). Best thing to do is the proper field test when you are rested and warmed up. |
