Just so we can all follow along...

1 - Roll call of WHO is doing IMAZ this November.

2 - Have you started training? If not, when are you starting?

3 - What training plan are you following?

4 - If you are not doing IMAZ - are you volunteering?

*I'll update this top post with all the IMAZers so we can have an AZ list as it gets closer.

4 - Probably

I'd like to either be a bike handler or at an aid station on the bike course.

1. I will be doing my first Ironman at IMAZ this year.
2. I started a training plan five or six weeks ago.
3. I'm using the Ironman/Powerbar training program at www.ironmanpower.com.  I picked it because it is 29 weeks long, and I wanted to get crackin.  The plan also provides weekly nutrition information, which I welcome.

1.  I'm signed up for it, but injuries will determine whether I'll be DOING it or not.

2.  I haven't started "The Plan" yet, but I've been doing a pre-plan plan to ramp up to it.

3.  I'm just getting ready to send "Q" my plan, but I don't know if I'll be doing it, or a tweaked one until he looks it over.

I'll be volunteering. Hopefully, I'll be stripping some you! I would be doing it in 2010, but I loathe summer training in Phoenix. I'll be doing St. George 2010 instead.

1 - Nope.. Full Vineman and Silverman (and St. George)... might do Tour De Tucson 109 too.

2 - Yes but not for IMAZ.

3 - BT Intermediate w/ modifications and listening to the body. (and my bad habit of slacking off at running and swimming)

4 - Going to volunteer for Kayaks again. That was a blast last year. Plus I'll find a way to get in Bryan's way.

1)  I will be attempting my first IM

2)  My 'official' plan starts on August 17, but I am always training

3)  The plan I am using is Gale Bernhardt's '13 Weeks to an Ironman For Athletes With Limited Time'.

4)  A HUGE thank you for all who plan to volunteer and cheer.  I know there will be some dark moments for me that day, where I will need a little something extra to push me through, and I know that seeing some friends out there will give me the boost I'll need.  Thank you in advance!

1. Yes!

2. Not exactly going to plan with a probable Tibia stress fracture. Lots o' swiming just now. Also been without my bike for weeks, so nope, I guess I am not training. Will get an x-ray when i get back in a couple of weeks and then decide when to start training for IM

3. I think I will have my own plan

4. Volunteering was awesome. I will be needing volunteers to help me I am sure!

Haha! Sally's volume during weeks where she is "not training" would be record ones for me.
