I like this idea of a party. Next weekend sounds good.

Oh waitl....Andy and I have wheel business to take care of Friday night.  SATURDAY NIGHT>????????

STUPID ME forgot about the TRIBE Fashion show Sat night which EVERYONE MUST go to...it is my fashion show DEBUT! I can't do Friday...We could do something earlier"ish" Sunday...or Sunday night. But wonder if people are against that???

I'm cool with Sunday afternoon!

I'd love to be a part of this and party with everybody doing the race and volunteering but I can't if it's on Sunday (I know that is such a disappointment to everybody I'll be at the Cardinals game.

Team MGD64 will host a pre-race party at the Tavern on Mill (404 S Mill Ave) on Friday, Nov. 20 after the mandatory IMAZ Athlete's Meeting (which ends approx. 8:30 p.m.). We'll have free MGD64 and other goodies to give away. I'll be in my MGD64 gear, so come find me for your free beer!

Kim, I think you need to keep an eye on Elliot and Dean. They have been spending WAAAAAAAY too much time together lately!! 

Who has the link to the web page where people can track you on line? It says to go to ironman.com but there is nothing there that says track an athlete.  HELP!

From tracking athletes at past races, it'll show up on the website closer to race day. The tracker will probably be on both ironman.com and ironmanarizona.com so you can tell you people either one.

Does anyone know if they have BioFreeze or Dr.Hoys on the run coarse?

And Tanya, I'm just excited Dean is back from his 8 week absence... and I needed to train him for his miraculous comeback! No need to worry Kim. LOL!

It may not be online until race day but it will be very easy. Go to www.ironman.com - right on the front page will be an Ironman Arizona section with a link for Athlete Tracker. Click that, enter your name or race #. Hit refresh frequently When it looks like you are on the last loop of the run, click Live Video (or somethiing to that effect) and watch you cross the finish line!

This is for those of you that may be having a bad day.  When I was in line picking up my wheels a couple comes up asking if they rent tri bikes.  It was a surprise to me but they do.  Anyway, the reason they were asking is that the bike rack on the car came off on the freeway.  It was a very sad picture of the remains of two bikes on her phone.

Did you refer the to Tribe? they could set them up.
