Comments: Just took it easy. Transition 1
Comments: Took time to drink 80% of 1 quarter of gatorade. Bike
Comments: This was the longest I have ridden out side this year other than the tritech time trial which was 22.8 miles with warm up and cool down. I puttered a bit towards the end as a results. Also, my rear tire began to flat and was flat by the time I took the bike home. What would you do differently?: Get some longer rides in. Transition 2
Comments: Drank the last 20% of my gatorade. Run
Comments: I worked on this about the best I could. I fought cramping the entire time. Post race
Warm down: Stretched. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of more training. Event comments: The volunteers directing the run were fustrating me by waiting until you were right upon them to tell you which way to run. I wish they could figure out that a runner can use that info about 15 feet away. On one turn the same thing happened on the bike course. The overall race went a bit poorer than I had hoped due to me being worn out by the third event in a row. Good training though. Last updated: 2009-02-17 12:00 AM

Got up at 4:30AM. Ate a bananna and an energy bar. Drank a lot of fluids.
Ran 5 minutes and stretched.
