Topeak Joeblow Series.

My main pump is the Pro.  Easy to pump to high pressure, rebuildable head, replaceable hose.

Have used and now have as an office pump the Sport.  Good solid basic pump.  Alittle harder effort to get to pressure, but better than any other pump I've tried in the price range.

Have borrowed the Ace.  All sorts of bells and whistles with a three stage high volume/high pressure switch.  Nice but an unnecessary extravigacy.  At least for me, for as a Clyde I'd have no problem exploding any tire with my pro.  Tiny people's opinions may differ.  But I've loaned out my pro to many a wee one and have alway gotten it back with comments on how easy it was to pump up thier tires with it.

Are you looking for a floor pump or a frame pump?  For the floor pump, I recommend the Topeak JoeBlow like the poster above.  For a frame pump, I use the Topeak Road Morph G...although I don't have any room on my new bike to mount a frame pump, so now my hubby carries it on his bike and I have switched over to using C02 cartridges because it fits in my seatbag.

If you are talking frame pump, I would definitely say CO2. Put it in your bag or pockets and use your frame for water.
