This was my longest run ever and I felt great. The feet and legs were taking a pounding and were ready to stop after mile 10.
What would you do differently?:

Longer training runs to prepare legs and feet for the distance

Achilles and PF issues are exagerated today, but otherwise feel normal.  I have a soccer league this evening but dont know if the feet are up to it.
