How's the bike? (What, too soon?  )Bones heal by themselves. bikes.. not so much.  I'm assuming with a compound fracture in multiple places that they are doing external fixation of some kind? My dad had that when he broke his wrist in two places, (Rollerblading at 55 y/o  ) and he was back playing golf in 6 weeks. Hop on the trainer, run if you can, and make it a duathlon emphasis for the last part of the season! :DSucks to hear, heal fast and well, and get back out there soon! John |
