Subject: Tri Shorts that fit like Jammers
I am having trouble finding a Tri short that fits my body well.  I love the way my Speedo Jammer fits, but my Aevero Tri Shorts have a huge rise, requiring me to have the waist hiked up to my belly button, or have a lot of room between my Pelvis and the pad of the shorts, causing a loose fit.

I wear size 32 in my Speedo Jammer that I purchased at Dick's sporting goods... besides the waist being a bit stretched, the fit is great.  It is a low enough rise that it fits over my hips, but is snug against the bottom of my pelvis and *such*.  I'm 5'9 - 150-155.

Is there a Tri bottom out there that fits like a Jammer with a bike pad?  I'd be all over it...

I can't comment on the "fits like jammers" aspect since I don't have a pair, but I'm of a similar body type - 5'10 and about 160.  I've got the Zoot mens TRIfit 6" Shorts, and they fit very well without having to be hitched up past the belly button.

x2 on the Zoots.  I am 5'9" and about 160-165 lbs.  The Zoot tri shorts fit very similarly to my Speedo jammers.

Are you saying they are just too high waisted? If so you might look into some low cut type tri shorts. I have the Desoto Carrera Low cut myslef because I tried on a few other pairs and had the problem you are talking about with the super high waist up to my belly button.

My trishorts are Craft. I also have speedo jammers. Both fit about the same. I wear a medium in both.

My el cheapo aerotech tri shorts fit pretty snug.. maybe a little too snug though, as there's no place for modesty when wearing them.

I have DeSoto Forza 4-pocket tri shorts...fit pretty much the same as my Nike jammers (which fit like the Speedo jammers).  I wear medium in both.  6', 150#, 32" waist

I have the Aevero shorts, too.  The pad is too thick.  They work well for bike rides.

For races, i wear a set of Canari shorts which fit perfectly and snug.  I am 5'11" 170.

My LG mens Comp Tri shorts fit really nice and snug and I am about your size. I would look into those as well.

Ditto on the Zoot Trifit tri shorts. Mine fit just like my Speedo jammers and I actually find them more comfortable on the bike than my LG bike shorts which seem to fit me much like your current tri shorts fit you!

I like the Desoto low rise tri shorts since they don't ride high like most tri and bike shorts.

Just make sure you use sun tan lotion on your lower back when you go on long rides because some skin between the shorts and shirt will get exposed!
