Pre-race routine:

Nothing out of the ordinary. Woke up, got dressed, and went to the race. Got there early, to check in and get race bib.
Event warmup:

Simple stretching. Waited for the race to begin.

Comments:

Wasn't pushing this race, since I knew I wasn't well trained for the Sprint Tri the next day. Didn't want to use to much energy and not beable to race will the next day.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, went as well as I wanted it to.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around the event area a little and then went to Einstien Bagel for breakfast

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing, just wanted to run this race becuase of the cause that it supported (Colon Cancer).

Good race for a great cause.
