Hey, you won your age group! Nice job!
I just got some Zoots and they are way easier to get on, but today I still have 3 blisters, so that's no good.

How did you get up the hill that fast out of the water? I was running the whole way and grabbed my bike and went, but it still took me way longer than that. I just can't turn on full power right out of the water. I feel wobbly.

i swim 1:30's without pushing hard because I find pushing hard gives me less than half a minute in a half mile swim.  So when I finish swimming I can sprint to T1, grab my bike and go hard from the start.  I figure I save a minute from water exit to bike acceleration so I have a net gain of half a minute.
