Subject: Left elbow hurts when riding
I have noticed that my left elbow hurts when riding. It can be riding for just 10 minutes and it hurts and feels stiff, but the right one always feels fine. I have never had any problems with my left elbow till I started riding. Could this be the bike fit? Something I'm doing wrong with positioning on the bike? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like a fit/position issue. Best bet is to go to the LBS and have yourself looked at by a fitter.. its a good idea anyway

are your elbows bent when riding or is your top tube so long that your elbows get fully extended?

Need more info, are you in a tri bike in aero position, on a road bike, etc. etc.  It may be bike fit.  If in aero the pad needs to be in front of the elbow not directly under it or you will get elbow sorness.

On a road bike on the hoods. I think it could be attributed to the arms not bent enough. I made a couple little adjustments today and going for a ride. Hopefully this will help a little.
