woke up the girls tooo early to get them out there with us.
Event warmup:

Decent Swim....Felt a little short of breath for some reason at times. Was a pretty congested race as this was a 250m 2 loop course.
What would you do differently?:

Think I need to start seeding myself closer to the fron than I do. Feels like alot of wasted effort swimmming sometimes getting around slower people.

decent ride. Helped a girl out who need a tube and cartridge. Was a little tight out there as it was 3 loops and had 300 riders on the 7km loop.
What would you do differently?:

NOt much..Knowing i didnt have to run made it easier to push the bike.

Michelle ran it....This is pretty decent for her. I know there was a pretty big hill on it, so she was reasonably ok with this time.
