I am doing the du.  I am pretty sure I am skipping the 19th race since I just did the 12th (Outer limits) yesterday and don't feel like doing three weeks in a row again.

Just picked up my race packet yesterday.  This will be my 2nd tri (first was Wendy's) I'm pretty excited although I haven't enough training since Wendy's to improve my times.

Is the swim for this tri one way like Wendy's or some type of out and back or triangle route?

Race number is 171.  Say hi if you see me.

I forgot to pick up my packet when I was a mile away from tri tech.  Now I'll just wait till tomorrow.

My family is going to watch this one so that is nice.

I am still really sore from last Sunday's race so that is not so good.

I am looking for 10.5 min swim, 43 min bike, 19.5 min run IF distances are measured accurately AND terrain is good. Add a minute for trans + 1:14:00

Congrats, Brue.  My "racing" ended in T2 due to some pretty severe cramps.  I stayed in T2 for over 2 minutes.  I decided to finish the run since I came into T2 in third place but walked about 12 times for a 27+ minute final run due to cramping.
