I cauld have increase this time but I decided it was more important to hydrate since it was so hot outside. I drank the rest of the water in my water bottle from the bike then left the transition area.

I really had a hard time with the run. I was having cold chils and my quads were cramping so I knew I was litte dehydrated. I walked at least 0.2 miles. If I had kept running I would have had a decent run time.
What would you do differently?:

Hydrate more!
