Pre-race routine:

Keep hard to digest foods to a minimum that afternoon. Drank 30oz Gu Brew throught the afternoon.

Walked the course about 30 minute prior to race.

Comments:

Moose and I ran just for the fun of it, not worrying about time or anything, just chatting. I wanted to finish in 35 minutes, and Moose didn't want to be last in the race. We acomplished both, and had a nice enjoyable run.

What would you do differently?:

Nothing, I enjoyed the run.

Warm down:

Liquids. Probably close to 45 oz. of 50% gu.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing, this was just a fun run with a friend that happened to be during a race.

Course:	Noblesville Cross Country Complex (Chinquapin Ridge) - love the course, mix of field, woods, some rolling hills and some flat. Groomed is the best way to describe the course.
