Hey Andy,

This is Tom Gilbert.

Great Race looks like you are on pace for the IM in KY that Michelle told me me about.

I have the Ultramax Kansas 50 Triathlon in a couple weeks, so any Tips on these long Tri's might be useful.

Congrats on a great race. It was a beautiful day for it. Couldn't believe how fast the top three went. With more training you can get to their level too for next year.
