Swim
Comments: my swimming form is terrible. What would you do differently?: work on my swimming. both open water and in the pool Transition 1
Comments: When I arrived at T1 the front tire of my bike was flat. i changed the flat and cruised out. the tube still only held about 45-50psi for the whole bike leg. What would you do differently?: i think wverything would have been fine had I not had the flat. Bike
Comments: I felt like i had something to prove and I was pissed about my flat in T1. It felt great to pick people off one by one. What would you do differently?: I would not get a flat in the transition area. Transition 2
Comments: T2 was pretty quick. I can do better though What would you do differently?: pull feet out of shoes while on the bike, Run
Comments: Felt pretty good, passed quite a few people. What would you do differently?: run harder. I think i felt too good at the end of the race. Post race
Warm down: drink water, stretch and walk around. ate a bagel with Hummus and a couple veggie burger patties. no special recovery drink for me. What limited your ability to perform faster: this was my first tri so i didnt realy know what to expect, but I have no excuses. I got whooped :) Event comments: Go Greyhounds!
