Comments: This was my 3rd OWS and I felt great! I started in front got kicked and slapped around a bit but over my fear! What would you do differently?: I only used breast stroke to sight need to work on sighting while in freestyle mode... Transition 1
Comments: Next season I want to master jump on bike with shoes clipped in pedals... What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Some improvement noted since 1st tri in April...a road bike for next season! Still riding Trek FX 7.3 What would you do differently?: Up riding to 3x per week vs 2x.... Transition 2

Comments: I'm afraid to admit I was a distance runner in my former life! This is the most painfull part of tri for me...walked a few times due to back pain... What would you do differently?: Take up knitting??? Drag a morphine pump along with me... Post race

Well, I finally had that dream...woke up one hour before alarm went off due to crazy dream. (I forgot to bring my bike along and showed up without tri shorts on!) Drank a redbull (I'm finding this causes less bathroom issues then coffee)PB bagel with 1/2 bananna on the road by 6:00am ( I work 2nd shift...I'm not an AM person!!)
Lots of stretching! L4 and L5 not behaving again! Going for epidural on Monday due to siatic pain
