ate power bar bannana and gatoraide while driving over.
Event warmup:

biked about 3 miles, ran 2 and swam for 10 min.

Race needed to identify that the race did not provide the mandatory swim cap which sent me scrambling to purchas one from one of the venders minutes befor the race started. First race I have done in 6 years that did not provide.
