Good shape and I am including a pair of cleats.  I ride SPD's so I can't vouch for the cleats, they are used but look in decent shape.  Just bought a pair of Tri shoes and don't need these anymore.  I wear 9.5 and these worked, a tad bit big but I have been riding them for a few months with no problems.  $65 plus $10 shipping CONUS.  If actual shipping is less than $10 I will rebate difference.  Paypal preferred.  Let me know if you have any questions.
