| Central Louisiana | Subject: RE: labor day weekend...any plans? I had a great ride this morning. I road a hill ride with a friend of mine and he pushed me harder than I usually push training alone. Our average speed was 17.8 so on hills and a good headwind for the first half of the ride, I was very satisfied. Still Tri'n Michael |
