hey Gang,

I am signed up for the Team long course and I am swimming.  I have heard in the past that this is not a true 1.2mile swim.  Is that correct?  I was looking at the times and if it is 1.2miles, the swim times are really fast, nearing 59sec to 1min /100yrds.

Anyone else going to be out there?

I have heard this too.  As with all things related to Vacation Sports:  It varies.  And expect nothing.  It might be long this year - hard to say, really.

x 2

Look back a couple of years and the times could be 2:00 per 100. The year I did it, the buoys were blowing away and we had to chase them down to round them!

I know based on my time in New Brighton, it seemed to be a bit off, I am signed up for the short in Square Lake so we will see how it goes.
