Subject: Sanford and Sun
Is anyone else participating in this race next weekend?  I heard from a friend in the area that the lake is seaweed infested?

The Lake itself is weedy but usually beach area where race is held is pretty clear. I will ask around as I am in the area and a lot of folks go out to the beach there. More info later.

Last year it was weedy for about the first 50meters or so. I think I will be there for the sprint.
