Hehehe Ellen, that's disgusting to think that some days I am going to bed when you get up! Wow, the nice weather is finally arriving...let's go for a good long bike ride this weekend! I'm going to run the 3+ miles to the club and meet my wife there. Got to kick it up a notch with the season's first Duathlon coming up in 2 weeks on April 10th.

Might have to make today a rest day. I have procrastinated in doing my homework assignment and must get it done. If I finish early enough I will go for a run if it stops raining or go to the gym if it is still raining.

Good night all...my Thursday is already over. Today I biked 16 miles and swam 1500 meters. Tried to get in the base gym, but it was to crowded. I guess I'll have to make up for it tomorrow. :-)

Well, I was a slug bug on Wednesday, slow on everything! Today felt better. I'm catching a cold - read, sniffling and aching, but crunched out 1hr spin class can you say 8-min hill on all resistance! Then 500 m swim. Woo Hoo. Felt Good. Back to the gym tonight for 1hr weightlifting and swim.

Took today off work, and ran around the lake. Felt good, so I increased my run distance today (YAY!) to 5K (30:06). I'm going to get a quick bite to eat, then off to get the pool membership that I'll be needing.

This is cool, being able to see everyone's progress. It's very motivational.

Max, why in the world are you up 'til 4?  That's the time to get going again!  LOL

BTW, I love the quote in your signature.  LA did some great commercials that year, not so much last year.  Another good one was when he was on the trainer supplying power for the whole huge office building.  Stopped when he thought everyone had left and someone came down to complain so he started pedaling again.  Classic LA!

Good swim tonight! 2800 yds. I feel great coming out of the pool - highlight was a lungbuster during the "cool down"
