Maybe 500 meters with some free and breastroke. Did 5 starts off the blocks with 25 sprints.

What would you do differently?:

Stop running, My breastroke kick was very strong and times were awesome last month, now that I am a month into running it has negatively affected my kick and speed! Don't know if I will continue to do 100 breast, I need to get my kick back. I would like to start competing in 50 fly and 100 IM.
