Comments: had trouble swimming into people during the second half, focused on long strokes, gliding Transition 1
Comments: 2nd fastest T1 in AG, but 14" slower than top AG T1 Bike
Comments: could feel the lack of hill training and some fatigue from running the past two weeks. I had good cadence until I lost my Garmin. Generaly 75+. Wonder if I had a more steady pace on hills, would I have more juice for the flats . . . often I pass people on the hills who in turn pass me on the flats. Only more hill training will tell the story. What would you do differently?: funny, when I look at the same course I did in June, I am slightly faster this time . . . Transition 2
Comments: fastest T2 in my AG Run
Comments: started faster since I was more familiar with the course, reminded myself that these legs were made to run with all the half marathon training I've been doing. When's the last time I got to do a simply 3 mile run? What would you do differently?: nothing Post race

couldn't get oatmeal at Ivy Diner, had Special K with fresh strawberries, oj, coffee, and 1 toasted bagel with butter.
among first 5 to rack their bikes, listened to music, had a good 200m swim warm up, prepared me for the sea weed at the finish. Did some 1 arm x 6, 2 arms x 6, then some fist swims.
