Drink!!!!!!!!
Transition 2
  • 00m
Comments:

This was horrible! When I took my foot out of my shoes I let one fall down and the shoe was dragging on the pavement!! Slowed me down quite a bit, but I finally managed to get my foot onto of the shoe eventually. I slowed down quite a bit before jumping off my bike and I did not rack my bike well. It kept on falling!! I rushed that way too much! Also I forgot to take my helmet off, but luckily a lady noticed and she took it back to my spot for me! What a nice person...
What would you do differently?:

Practice this whole transition a lot more.
Run
  • 23m 49s
  • 3.11 miles
  • 07m 40s  min/mile
Comments:

I had a cramp and that slowed me down soooooo much! I was very mad at that and I could have gone soooo much faster...
What would you do differently?:

Better nutrition during/before the race...
Post race
Warm down:

None

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My cramp on the run and poor T2.

Event comments:

The race was very well done and I have to say that it was my favorite one of the year! I will definitely be there next year!
