just wanted to say that I love the interval,

also if after I sweat the earphones pop out of the ear to easy should I change to a smaller earphone plastic piece? please feel free to PM if you dont want to post the reply

Thanks for your question about the Interval. We have a few tips that might help.

First, if your headphone earplugs pop out due to sweat, you actually might want to try a larger size. We’ve also found that if you pull your ear upward, and insert the earplug at an angle, you’ll be able to insert the earplug deeper into the ear canal for a tighter fit.

Second, if you wrap the cord above the ear (instead simply hanging down), it can help decrease the pull on the headphone. If you use your Interval while swimming, wrapping the cord around your goggle straps en route to your ears also helps.

Hopefully that helps you out a bit – and remember, you can always rinse your waterproof headphones after use for a clean start for your next workout.
